What you know now will save you time, energy, and money...later.
It's a simple PHACT (Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning Tip) that the products you see in the big box stores are not made the same way as the products the Mom and Pop shops carry. But wait...isn't bigger, cheaper? Let's tackle that question. Once we do, we think you'll love the PHACT that you have Mom and Pop shops in your corner, and in your neighborhood. Myth: Bigger is cheaper. PHACT: Bigger may have a cheaper price-tag up front. But paying more for it in the long run doesn't help you. Consider the fact that it's made with cheaper parts on the inside. The next time you look at a faucet, think about how many moving parts it takes to make up a faucet. Think about all of the parts you can't see...not just the shiny finish you can see. Think about how long you want the faucet to last. Think about what you will do a few months down the road when it doesn't work as well anymore. Think about the phone number you will have to call to get an answer to your question. Think about being placed on hold, passed around the store, and ending up talking to the same person you started with...only to find out no one really knows the answer to your question. Now...think about how things work with a Mom and Pop shop. The products we carry don't just look good on the outside. The internal moving parts aren't plastic, they are made up of products that will stand the test of time. If you ever have a question, you can talk to the owner if you'd like. Think about the fact that they want you happy from day one. Think about how you see them at ballgames, community events, school concerts, and summer festivals. Think about the smile, the handshake, and a guarantee based on a relationship, rather than a transaction. So, how'd we do? Still think bigger is cheaper? And as much as we are talking about our trade...it's the same thing with every other local Mom and Pop business, with the products and services that they offer. Mechanics, Electricians, Restaurants, and the list goes on and on. The promises found in the relationships within your community stand the test of time. That's a PHACT you can count on!

Sometimes, the unexpected happens. A pipe bursts. Roots need to be snaked out of the lines. A furnace on it's last legs, takes it's last lap. When these moments crash the party, it can become an expense you weren't planning on dealing with. Should you find yourself in that situation, we'd like to remind you that we have financing available, with approved credit. Please don't hesitate to give us a call with any questions. 716-679-0080. Have a GREAT weekend!
Sincerely, The Gugino Team. There it sits...
Ready to be put on the roll. So, which is it? OVER or UNDER? And if you wish you could change up the display, CoolDIYIdeas.com has curated 15 really cool ways to actually display your toilet paper, rather than the boring old one you see here. Click the link below to see all of them! Come back and let us know which one is your favorite. Better yet...post a comment or picture if you have a cool idea of your own that you've done, too! With the break in the weather, now is a really good time to disconnect outside hoses and put them away for winter, if you haven't already. When you do, it is also a good idea to cover the exterior faucet with a cover. It will help reduce the chance of it freezing this winter. If you have any questions, give our office a call at 716-679-0080 during normal business hours. If you need to reach us outside of normal business hours, our emergency phone line is 716-785-8908. All of our hours can be seen by clicking on the button below.
