Patience and the process.
Thank you for yours...and in trusting ours. When fall rolls in with its cooler temperatures so do the calls from our wonderful customers. From the moment the wheels on our service trucks roll out each day, until they pull back in, you are on our mind. As the calls come in, we have to process them in the order that we feel best meets the needs of our customers. That said, if an elderly customer calls and shares they are having trouble with their furnace producing the heat it is supposed to, that will jump the line of our service calls ahead of routine things that can happen. Those routine calls can be a leaky faucet, the installation of a newer item that still has an old item working correctly, or maybe the installation of an off-season product (air conditioning in the fall, or furnace in the summer). More emergent comes before preference. We will always do our best to get to our customers as fast as we can, do the best job we can, and hope to make you all smile with our service plans. From time to time our calendar doesn't connect with yours, and we totally understand you needing to call someone else to take care of your plumbing, heating or cooling needs. We wanted to take a moment today to say thank you for your understanding. Thank you for your patience and trusting our process. It's helped us serve our communities since 1973, honoring people the very best we can. You are a treasure to serve, and we will always be thankful for all of you. Have a great day! -The Gugino Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Team.

Leave a comment below. We'd love to hear what your family and friends enjoy most about the summer! There are so many #CoolMoments, full of fun memories. We look forward to hearing your favorites! No doubt, our world is packed with plenty of negative news.
So we had a little idea... Let's make so many positive stories happen, that people can't help but sit up and take notice. 5 ways to create a #CoolMoment... 1. Invest in the next generation rather than complain about them. 2. Take the time to be a mentor. 3. Volunteer to coach a sport. 4. Write a note of encouragement to someone who needs to hear it. 5. Sponsor programs that develop leaders. (sports, arts, science, etc...) Five solid ways to get the ball rolling. Five ways to start seeing #CoolMoments become the norm. Five ways to build positive momentum right here in our community, that will multiply well beyond our little geographic footprint in the world. The next time you turn on the TV and see/hear the negative, turn it off and create a #CoolMoment by doing something positive. Don't forget to look around for others who are doing the same. Come back here, or visit us on Facebook, and share those #CoolMoment stories!!! Congrats to the Concord FC U15 Girls Soccer Team on your CHAMPIONSHIP win at the Clarence Classic Tournament!
Teamwork made it happen! And we are equally as excited about what you are doing off the field! If you'd like to learn more about their efforts to bring clean drinking water to people in need, click on the link below to read the story. Congratulations to the Dunkirk 9/10 All-Star Softball Team!!!
