With Christmas and New Years just around the corner it's the perfect time to reflect on the year that was and the one that is to come.
We hope you have had the opportunity to experience joy and make many wonderful memories in 2019. We also know that life brings all of us disappointment and sadness from time to time. We wanted to take this time to reach out to all of you to say THANK YOU for being part of our journey. For being there to celebrate the highest of highs and walk with us through the tough times. Anyone in small business will tell you that they do it out of passion for the opportunity to use the gifts they have to serve others in their time of need. Sometimes the days are full of really fun stories. Sometimes mixed in the middle of all of that are tough days. In a social media driven world, no one wants to say that, because we all want to put on a face of being perfect. That isn't real life. And since we are real people, part of our thank you is directed to those that stuck with us when we were having a tough day. If we miss the mark in a product or service, the reason we've been here since 1973 is the fact that we always make it right. Perfect isn't possible, but honor is. We promise to bring that to you every chance we get. It's what has allowed us the honor of being in business for almost 50 years. This holiday season, thank you for the honor of serving you and your family. Thank you for the honor of getting to know you and developing a relationship with you. Thank you for the honor of earning your trust, your business, and for our phone ringing with your voice on the other end of it. We love what we do, our team members, and who we have the opportunity to serve. We are truly looking forward to more wonderful memories made in 2020, and being able to continue to walk with you on your journey through life. If by chance we don't see or hear from you until after the New Year, have a wonderful holiday season. If you need help before then? Dial 716-679-0080 and we'll make sure to have the voice on our end ready for the needs on yours. Thank you for being you, and trusting us. Sincerely, The Gugino Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Team.

A new season is certainly settling in!
With the first snow behind us, it is an important reminder of whats yet to come. Before we are all knee deep in the white stuff, a preventative maintenance visit for your furnace is important. Give our team a call today, 716-679-0080, to schedule your appointment. We'd be happy to answer any questions you might have, and set a time up for us to get you ready to be cozy inside while the winds whirl and snow flies outside! Tradition.
Of being present and having a presence. Since 1973 and every day after. That's always been our heartbeat since we opened our doors. To be there for you, your family, and your friends. To answer your questions and help fix your plumbing, heating and air conditioning challenges. We know you have a choice when it comes to those moments. When you make the decision that it's our team you are trusting to lean on? We're humbled and grateful. We're honored that you allow us the opportunity to extend our tradition another day, another week, and another year. Thank you for your continued trust in our team. We love what we do, and the opportunity to be there for you. -The Gugino Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning Team You can sense the change in the seasons coming, can't you? The nights are getting cooler, the breeze is so comfortable, and the fragrance of fall is beginning to fill the air.
With these reminders from Mother Nature comes the usual list of things to do at home to prepare for the next season. Other than the Pumpkin lattes, pulling the sweaters out again, and yelling "Let's Go Buffalo!" for our beloved Buffalo Bills...there comes the home front list. On that list, amongst many things, should be a seasonal maintenance check-up for your furnace. If you haven't thought of it yet, it's an important item to have done for the safety and efficiency of your home's heating system. You can pre-schedule that visit by calling our team at 716-679-0080 today. We look forward to speaking with you! -The Gugino Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Team. Did you know?

Yes, it's creating comfort. A warm home on a cool evening. A cool home on a humid night. A steady stream of water from a faucet that doesn't leak. A toilet that flushes properly. A sump pump that works effectively. But it's far more than the way these items work in your home. It's knowing you have less to worry about when you come home, because you've trusted us as your plumbing, heating & air conditioning team of choice along the way. It's the comfort of knowing you can spend time with someone (family & friends), not worrying about how to fix something (Heat, AC, Toilets, etc...) Thank you for your continued confidence, trust, and friendship. We love creating comfort for you. Have a great day! All of this wind we are experiencing outside made us think about the air on the inside...of your family's home.
Hot air. Cold air. Dry air. Moisture in the air. In every season we all need the right kind of air. If you have questions about how to make that happen for your family, we're here for you. Our family has been walking with customers and answering your questions since 1973. Helping you make your home more energy efficient is something that gets us very excited. Whatever direction the wind is blowing in your life, please know we'll always be there to help you make sense of it. Well...at least as the comfort of your home is concerned. We can't answer ALL of life's questions. But, the ones about heating and cooling your home? That's our wheelhouse. :) Give our team a call at 716-679-0080 for everything air so you can... Relax the way you deserve to! We look forward to speaking with you. -The Gugino Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning Team 1. Seal up any areas where air blows through into a crawl space, because pipes can freeze when the cold air has access to your pipes.
2. Open cabinet doors under faucets. The warmer air will help keep the pipes from freezing. 3. Check your heat tape. Make sure it is functioning properly. 4. Clear the areas around all appliance vents from snow and ice. Be sure to check them regularly based on snow removal, drifting, shoveling, plowing, etc... in those areas. 5. Open your faucet(s) so it is dripping. We do this because moving water is far less likely to freeze in your pipes. Be a great neighbor.
How? Be one that checks in. Be one that anticipates the need. Be one who asks someone how their day has gone...and truly listens. When neighborhoods are filled with that level of care, a community is transformed from a bunch of places where people live to a true community where we all serve one another. It's in serving one another that relationships are formed, trust is developed, and a community can thrive. It's been an honor to try to be that for your family since 1973. Creating comfort is our greatest joy! Be it in installing a furnace, repairing one, working on plumbing, or air conditioning...we don't take this wonderful opportunity to serve your family for granted. Thank you!
