 Christmas Eve: CLOSED at 12noon.
Christmas: CLOSED *Emergency service is available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Holiday rate. Regular hours resume 8:00am, Wednesday, December 26th. New Years Eve: CLOSED at 12noon. New Years Day: CLOSED *Emergency service is available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Holiday rate. Regular hours resume 8:00am, Wednesday, January 2nd.  From winter storms that bring lots of snow, to crazy thaw outs, the weather seems to be playing ping-pong lately.
With the holidays in full swing, it's easy to forget about the out of sight areas around the house. Make sure you take a moment to check the basement for unwanted water finding its way in. The last thing you want to have to do is paddle up to the dinner table on Christmas day in a canoe because you forgot to keep an eye on that basement! All kidding aside, fast thaw-outs can create equally fast basement flooding. Keep an eye on things now to prevent uh-oh moments later. Tis the season for Christmas trees on cars, not canoes!  Thanksgiving Week Hours:
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. We have holiday emergency on-call hours from 8:00am-9:00pm. (Emergency Hours Phone # is 716-785-8908). Please note any service calls on Thanksgiving Day will be billed at our Holiday rate, which is 2x the normal rate. Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving!  Our offices will be closed on July, 4th, in observance of Independence Day. If you are in need, you can call our emergency line at 716-785-8908. The hours covered would be normal working hours, plus the extended emergency hours noted below. Please note: ALL holiday work is billed at twice the normal rate. Have a safe & happy holiday!
